checks, and packaging – we want to ensure that your items are in
perfect condition before they start their voyage. Please allow the
full 5 business days, during peak seasons.

Shipping (7-14 Days): Once your order is ready, it will be making
its way to you with the speed of a shooting star! The shipping time
can vary depending on your location. Rest assured, we've
partnered with reliable carriers to ensure a safe and secure
delivery.

Tracking Your Parcel: Exciting news – you'll receive a tracking
number once your order is shipped! This will allow you to keep a
close eye on your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.

Receiving Location Security: Please ensure that your designated receiving location is secure.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, their
insurance does not cover theft incidents. Unfortunately, shipping
insurance does not extend to cases where a package is stolen after
delivery.
In the event of theft, you may consider the following steps:

  1. Homeowner's/Renter's Insurance: Check whether your homeowner's or renter's insurance provides coverage for stolen packages.
  2. File a Police Report: Report the theft to your local law enforcement agency and obtain a police report.
    To enhance security and reduce the risk of theft: Utilize a secure receiving location.
    Explore package-receiving services like Mailboxes etc.
    Direct packages to your local post office for pickup.
